Remarks: Wastewater containing nitrobenzene is difficult to directly degrade by microbiology method, which result that it's not allowable to discharge the wastewater into the environment according the standards. In this paper the method of ultrasonic cooperating with activated carbon pretreated on nitrobenzene. The best conditions of this way were the amount of power was 400W, the irradiation time was 3s and intermission 1.5s of ultrasonic and the total time was 35min, the mass of activated carbon was according to 0.833g activated carbon per mg nitrobenzene in the water, the initial concentration of nitrobenzene was 80mg/L and the primary pH was 7. After this process , the removal rate of nitrobenzene could be up to 97.4%, the removal rate of CODCr could be up to 98%, CODcr could cut down to 1021 mg/L, and the wastewater could go on to be treat by biochemistry method.

Thesis Name:Determination of organic acids in tobacco by high-performance liquid chromatography based on matrix solid phase dispersion

Remarks: Abstract:
A new method for the determination of organic acids in tobacco was established based on matrix solid phase dispersion was established. The samples and graphitized carbon black sorbent (1:4) were homogenized in a mortar for 5 min and then packed into a cartridge. The organic acids were eluted from the cartridge with water. Then, they were analysed by high performance liquid chromatography with 2% methanol (containing 0.01 mol/L NaH2PO4 buffer, pH 2.98) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 2.0 mL/min and detected at wavelength of 210 nm. The six organic acids were separated on a ZORBAX Stable Bound (4.6×50 mm, 1.8 m m) column within 3 min. The limits of detections (S/N=3) were below 200 m g/L. The mean recoveries are range from 94% -98%, and the relative standard deviations are below 3.0%. This method had been successfully applied to the determination of organic acids in tobacco with good results.

By using the phosphorus compounds as flame retardant, the regular block flameretardant polyester was formed through copolymerization. The polyester with stable flame retardant ability was obtained under the condition of having no significant effects on polyester other performances, spinning test was carried out. The technology formulation and production process was determined. The obtained flame retardant polyester staple fiber have the characteristics such as the simple technology process, the low material and energy consumption, the high oxygen indexes and the better spinnability.

Thesis Name:Study of the high shrinkage polyester fibers with antistatic property

With SIPM and poly (ether ester) as modification agents, high shrinkage polyester fibers with antistatic property were prepared by copolymerization and blending. The effects of modification agent variety, content and drawing temperature on the shrinkage and antistatic properties of polyester fiber were studied. The results showed that the fiber's specific resistance was decreased with poly(ether ester) increasing. The antistatic property of blending fiber was better than that of copolymerization fiber. Intruding SIPM could improve the shrinkage property of fiber. Intruding poly (ether ester) simultaneously in fiber, the shrinkage property was decreased. The shrinkage rate of the fiber obtained at low temperature was higher than the fiber obtained at high temperature.

The esterification and polycondensation kinetics of using 2,6-naphthalic acid as the third reactive component in copolycondensation with pure terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol are studied. At the same time,the thermal behaviors and crystalline of the copolyester and the dispersion of SiO2 in it are also discussed. Through the synthetic test of the copolyester on industrial plant,the co-PET chip has been produced and later industrialized .Film stretching test was carried out successfully. Based on all the analysis,the co-PET films can meet the demands of capacitor used PET film.

Thesis Name:Speciation analysis of trace-level arsenic and selenium in soil using ultrasonic slurry sampling hydride generation-double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry

Ultrasonic aided slurry sampling hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (USS–HG-AFS) was developed for the simultaneous determination of total As, As(III), total Se and Se(IV) in soil samples collected from a sewage-irrigated farm. 500 mg grounded soil was suspended in agar solution by an ultrasound water bath before the HG-AFS determination. The alternated mixing of the sample solution with thiourea and ascorbic acid or HCl for the determination of As or Se under optimized conditions was achieved before the reaction with KBH4. The addition of thiourea and ascorbic acid promoted the reduction of As (V) to As (III), thus enhancing sensitivity and precision. The pre-reduction of selenium from Se (VI) to Se (IV) was produced by heating the sample with HCl. The results for the reference material of soil (serial number GBW-07411) agreed satisfactorily with the certified values. Results obtained by the developed procedure compared well with those after traditional acid digestion of samples. The detection limit are 8.5, 10.5, 3.4 and 6.1 ng L-1 for total As, As(III), total Se and Se(IV) respectively, with average relative standard deviation values of 3.8, 4.2, 3.1 and 5.6% for analysis of a series of soil samples of different sample sites. The recoveries of the analytes varied in the range from 95 to 104%. This observation has stimulated the interest in developing fast, accurate and sensitive analytical methods for the determination of metal species in soil.

Thesis Name:Analysis of amino acids in medicine by micellar electrokinetic capillary with high frequency conductivity detection

The research about the separation and determination of amino acids is submitted. In the optimum separation condition, i, e, running buffer: 1mmol/LSodium Lauryl Sulfate(SDS), 7.5mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphat,5mmol/L formic acid, (pH3.8) and the separation voltage 20.5 kV, the baseline separation was obtained in six mines for the five amino acids, phenylalanine, arginine, alanine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and the separation efficiency was between 0.72×105and 2.48×105N/m.The high frequency conductivity detection was used in this separation, and its detection mode is a kind of indirect measurement. The more the difference between the buffer and the sample is,the more the detection sensitivity is. In the optimum detection condition, the detection limit for the phenylalanine, arginine, alanine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, was 0.03,0.63,0.74,2.01and 0.92mmol/L, respectively. This analytical method was used to determination the amino acids in injection, and the analytical result was correspond with certificate.
