| Abstract |
| The
synthesis method of large-grain acrylic latex includes the following
steps: 1. adding emulsifier in 0.01-0.09 wt% of total amount of
reaction monomers in polymerization still; 2. adding monomer in
30-60 wt% of total amount of reaction monomers in polymerization
still; 3. adding initiator in 0.2-0.8 wt% of total amount of
reaction monomers in polymerization still; and 4. adding water; then
heating to make reaction for 15-20 min, and adding emulsifier in
0.2-0.8 wt5 of total amount of reaction monomers and residual 40-70
wt% monomer, said partial emulsifier and monomer can be added once
or in several times, constant temp. reaction for 3-5 hr to obtain
latex whose grain size is 200-600 nm. | |
