The U-PVC foamed inside spiral silent pipe are mainly used as drainage pipe for buildings.The special designed spiral structure let the water flow down along the spirals,which highly reduce the noise caused when water flows down;the specific gravity of pipe after foaming is lower than 0.9,even forming, high tenacity and light in weight.
The production line is co-extrusion type adopting two twin conical screw extruders;we have developed the advanced technology and formula on the basis of years of experience and practice.The line uses special designed co-extrusion mould,if change the inner mould,it can produce solid pipe,solid spiral pipe,foamed pipe or foamed spiral pipe.When change the mould,the whole line can also produce the nanometer antibacterial PVC water supply pipe,hollow wall inside spiral pipe.
