Specification & Usage
The PVC,PE single wall corrugated pipe has the advantages of high-temperature resistance,corrosion-resistance,anti-wear and high tenacity;the pipes are mainly used for electricity wire sleeve,wire sleeve in cars,protection wire sleeve,machine tool,food packaging machines,electrical mobiles,engineering installation,lamps and lanterns,automated instrument,etc.
Polypropylene (PP),temperature range:－ 20℃-110℃;oil-proof,acid and alkali-resistance,the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
Polythene (PE),temperature range:－ 40℃-80℃;oil-proof,acid and alkali-resistance,the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
PVC,temperature range:－10℃-95℃ oil-proof acid and alkali-resistance, the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
Machine Characteristics:Special designed screw and mould;the convenient and reliable changing of the mould have solved the problems of easy wear of the barrel and hard foamed of the material;the corrugated forming mould blocks that touching the pipe are cooled by inner circulation water,higly increases the forming speed;use Korea Autonic meter counter for accurate metering;the complete production line is running fast, stably and easy to operate.
