Dosage for cotton/chemical fiber blend fabric need to be controled to avoid divergence of chemical fiber for excessive removal of cotton fiber.
Typical biopolishing conditions are as follows.
Equipment: Jet/high speed dyeing machine, rope dyeing/industrial washing machine;
Carrying capacity/rotate speed： According to the dyeing conditions;
Liquor Ratio: 5:1-20:1, depending on the type of machine;
Dose Rate: 0.4-0.7 %(o.w.f) (Biopolishing overflow dyeing machine)
0.5-1 L/ batch (Garment finishing)
Time: 20～30mintues;
Temperature: 45-60℃ (113-140℉)
pH: 4.5-5.5
