Ministry of Commerce issues Announcement No.91, 2004 on Dec 28, 2004, deciding to carry out anti-dumping investigation on imported epichlorohydrin originated from Russia, Korea, Japan and the United States, the code of which in the Customs Import and Export Tax Regulations is 29103000.
In accordance with the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Commerce decides to carry out anti-dumping investigation on dumping, dumping profit margin, injury of domestic industries as well as extent of injury of imported epichlorohydrin originated from Russia, Ko
rea, Japan and the United States as from the publication of this announcement.
In the ordinary course of event, the duration of the anti-dumping investigation is 1 year and will be terminated before Dec 28, 2005. However, in case of particular situation, it may be prolonged to June 28, 2006.
