In the afternoon of October 14,2004, assistant minister Mr. Yi Xiaozhun and Russian Chief WTO negotiation commissary subscribed Memorandum for Commodity Trade and Memorandum for Service Trade, which are in accordance with the entry of WTO bilateral market permission treaty between China and Russia.
The Memorandums include evaluation measures of the customs, sanitation and plant quarantine, geologic exploration, education services and so on.
