2004-12-13 09:38 In accordance with the related regulations of the Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Import and Export Administrative Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the Lists of Commodities under the Import Certificate Administration of 2005 (refer to the appendix) and rel ated matters are now announced as follows:
I. Since Jun 1, 2005, certificate administration of import quota of automobiles, auto parts as well as the certificate administration of CD production equipments are cancelled. II. 3 varieties of commodities are under the import certificate administration, 83 eight-bit HS codes in total.
Commodities under the import certificate administration include: monitored chemicals, easy-made poisonous chemicals and commodities consuming the ozonosphere.
The lists will take effect on Jun. 1, 2005 and the Lists of Commodities under the Import Certificate Administration of 2004 is terminated at the same time.
