The Bidding Committee for Quotas of Export Commodities

In view of the low rate of utilization of some quotas of bidding textiles of 2004, for the purposes of reducing the loss of the enterprises, the Bidding Committee decided that the enterprises might turn over some quotas that have a low rate of customs clearance. Related issues are hereby announced a
s follows:
1. According to the principle of voluntary participation, the enterprises may turn over the quotas won from a bidding in the said year (including agreement bid and competitive bid), and the quotas that the bid deposit is 100% of the bid fund via bidding office for textile quota. In accordance with t
he rate of custom clearance, the Bidding Committee determined that following categories may be turned over: CA2、US347/8、US634、US636、US641、US647、US652、EC4、EC6、EC7、EC8、EC78.
2. The closing time for the enterprises to turn over the quotas to the Bidding Committee is 17:00 December 8, 2004. The bidding office will refund 70 per cent of the bid fund that the enterprises turned over.
3. When the enterprises turn over the quotas to the bidding office, they should submit the application for turning over the quotas, including the categories of the quotas they plan to turn over, batches of bidding, quantity, the price of winning the bid, contact person, phone, tax, bank information
and the certificate issued by license issuing organs that the enterprises do not apply for license.
4. The enterprises may fax the application for turning over the quotas to the bidding office before 17:00 December 8. The bidding office may confirm that the enterprises have turned over the quotas at the receipt of the fax. The enterprises should post all original materials to the bidding office be
fore December 15. The bidding office may refund the money at the receipt of the original materials. |
