The first inviting bid in agreement for export quota of fluorite lump (powder) of 2005 will begin on December 8, 2004. The customs codes of fluorite lump (powder) are 25292100 and 25292200. The quantity of fluorite lump (powder) for inviting bid in an agreement is 225 thousand ton.
The bid is entered from December 8 to 9, closed at 14:00 on December 9 and opened at 16:00 December 9.
The highest quantity of entering a bid is stipulated by bidding office in accordance with the scale of average annual export and the quantity of supply of the enterprises from 2001 to 2003. The enterprises may get it from electronic bidding paper. The total quantity of entering a bid for foreign inv
ested enterprises must not exceed the export scale approved by Ministry of Commerce (former MOFTEC).
The preliminary result is published in China International Electronic Commerce Network (CIECN) on December 10. If any enterprises have any questions, they may put forward to the Bidding Committee before 15:00 on December 14. All enterprises that enter a bid may inquire about the result of winning th
e bid in CIECN as of December 17.
