In order to provide supply guarantee and price supervision of chemical fertilizer during next spring ploughing period and protect farmers’ enthusiasm of foodstuff production and their incomes, the measures to stabilize the chemical fertilizer prices are listed as follows, with the authorization of
State Council:
Continue all the preferential measures to promote the production and circulation of chemical fertilizer, including the preferential electricity prices and transportation prices. Enforce the management of the manufacturer’s prices as well as the regulation and control of import and export of chemica
l fertilizer.
Set up a healthy reserve system of chemical fertilizer during the off-season. Strengthen supervision of chemical fertilizer market and maintain regular circulation order. Enhance the publicity of agricultural productive material policies. |
