2004-11-19 13:09 In accordance with the Agreement of Textile and Clothing of WTO and China’s related promise of attending WTO, the approval management of silk products export will be cancelled as of January 1, 2005. License management of export quota of doupion silk and some natural silk products will be cancelled at the same time. Related issues are hereby announced as follows:
1. Approval Management of silk products export will be cancelled as of January 1, 2005. 2. License Management of export quota of the products of doupion silk and natural silk listed in Appendix 1 of this Announcement will be cancelled as of January 1, 2005. The export enterprises do not need to show the license of export quota when they declare the export to the customs. 3. License Management of export quota will still be implemented to the silk products listed in Appendix 2 of the Announcement after January 1, 2005.
