The Decision of Standing Committee of National People’s Congress on Amending the Auction Law of the People’s Republic of China
The Decision was adopted by 11th session of Standing Committee of 10th National People’s Congress of PRC on August 28, 2004.
The 11th Session of Standing Committee of 10th National People’s Congress of PRC decided to amend the Auction Law of the People’s Republic of China as follows:
Cross out Article 5, Section 3.
Cross out Article 12, Section 5.
The decision comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
Auction Law of the People’s Republic of China will be promulgated again after the amendment in accordance with the decision. |
