2004-11-10 08:50 For the purposes of improving the management of coke exporting, regulating the order of coke exporting, qualification standard and application procedures are hereby published in accordance with related provisions of Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China, Management Regulations of Impo rt and Export of commodities of the People’s Republic of China and Management Measures on the Quota of Exported Commodities. Any enterprises that meet with the qualification standard may make an application through provincial competent commercial department or directly to the Ministry of Commerce. The Ministry of Commerce will handle the applications during November 10 to 20, 2004.
Unsettled matters in this Announcement should be carried out in accordance with related provisions of Management Measures on the Quota of Exported Commodities
