An announcement of Ministry of Commerce was issued on December 29,2005,deciding to start anti-dumping investigation on Nonyl Phenol imported from India and Taiwan region.The Tariff No. of the investigated product was 29071310.
Since the case is particular and complicated, the Ministry of Commerce, in accordance with Article 26 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of People's Republic of China, decided to pospone the investigation term of this case for another 6 months, namely ending on June 29,2007.
