Ministry of Commerce decided to establish communication system of key goods trade market for the purposes of improving the guidance of the management and classification of goods trade market, promoting the regular, harmonious and sustained development of key goods trade market.
The communication system of key goods trade market includes information communication channels between the Ministry of Commerce and key communication goods trade market (hereinafter referred to as “ key communication market”), promoting the management of key communication market, promoting the con
struction and improvement of basic and accessory facilities of key communication market. Ministry of Commerce will encourage key communication market to execute market access system and perfect trade supervision mechanism.
Ministry of Commerce also gave detailed information about the requirements of being a key communication market, the materials that should be submitted for applying for being a key communication market and the procedures of applying for being a key communication market.
