Decision of Standing Committee of NPC on Amending Corporation Law of the PRC Adopted by 11th Session of Standing Committee of 10th National People’s Congress of PRC on August 28, 2004.
The 11th Session of Standing Committee of 10th National People’s Congress of PRC decided to amend the Corporation Law of the People’s Republic of China as follows:
Cross out Article 131, Section 2.
The decision comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
Corporation Law of the People’s Republic of China will be promulgated again after the amendment in accordance with the decision.
