Rules of Origin for Free Trade Area of China and Pakistan, which is subject to the Agreement on the Early Harvest Programme for the Free Trade Agreement Between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, has been formal signed in Decembe r, 2005. It is now promulgated and shall take effect as from January 1, 2006.
