PetroChina Company Limited and China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation:
In accordance with status of domestic processed oil market, the ratified export quantity of processed oil of PetroChina Company Limited and China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “PetroChina and Sinopec”) under processing trade in the first quarter of 2006 are now ann ounced as follows:
1. The ratified export quantity of processed oil of PetroChina under processing trade in the first quarter of 2006 is 920,000 ton. There into, Dalian Western Pacific Ocean Petrochemical Corporation can export 396,000 ton of gasoline, 80,000 ton of diesel oil and 116,000 ton of coal oil; Dalian Petro chemical Corporation can export 70,000 ton of gasoline, 4,000 ton of diesel oil and 19,000 ton of coal oil; and Jinzhou Petrochemical Corporation can export 210,000 ton of gasoline, and 20,000 ton of diesel oil. Please refer to Appendix 1 for specific quantity. 2. The ratified export quantity of processed oil of Sinopec under processing trade in the first quarter of 2006 is 920,000 ton. There into, the total quantities of gasoline, diesel oil and coal oil of Maoming Branch, Guangzhou Branch, Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company Limited, Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co. Ltd, Gaoqiao Branch, Zhanjiang Dongxing Branch and Jinling Branch are 516,000 ton, 154,000 ton and 250,000 ton respectively. Please refer to Appendix 2 for specific quantity. 3. As from the first quarter of 2006, processing trade contracts of crude oil are need not to be reported to Ministry of Commerce for registration. All local administrative commercial sections and Customs in charge shall ratify quantity and go through facilities of processing trade contract of crude oil and export of processed oil based on this circular. Since this circular only rarifies quantity of the first quarter, the two Groups should under in principle of well-proportioned export. In case of particularity, the unfinished quantity may be transferred to the next month.
