as of the promulgation.

Decision of Standing Committee of NPC on Amending Negotiable Instruments Law of the PRC Adopted by 11th Session of Standing Committee of 10th National People’s Congress of PRC on August 28, 2004.
The 11th Session of Standing Committee of 10th National People’s Congress of PRC decided to amend the Negotiable Instruments Law of the People’s Republic of China as follows:
Cross out Article 75.
The decision comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
The Negotiable Instruments Law of the People’s Republic of China will be promulgated again after the amendment of it and the readjustment of the sequence of the clauses in accordance with the decision.
