Ministry of Commerce issued announcement on December 28, 2004, on starting the anti-dumping investigation on imported epoxy chloropropane originating from Russia, ROK, Japan and the U.S.. The investigated product is listed under No. 29103000 of Import and Export Tariffs of the People’s Republic of China.
Since this case is rather complicated, Ministry of Commerce decided to postpone the investigation period for another 6 month, namely ending on June 28, 2006, in accordance with Article 26 of Anti-dumping Regulations of People’s Republic of China.
