Announcement No. 8, 2006 of Ministry of Commerce, on Terminating Anti-dumping Measures on Unbleached Kraft Liner/Linerboard

On January 9, 2006, Ministry of Commerce released Written Reconsideration Decision to withdraw Announcement No. 60 of Ministry of Commerce. Therefore, Customs Tariffs Committee of the State Council decided to withdraw the anti-dumping decision made to imported Unbleached Kraft Liner/Linerboard origi nating from the U.S., Thailand, ROK and Taiwan region.
In accordance with decision of Customs Tariffs Committee of the State Council, anti-dumping duties on imported Unbleached Kraft Liner/Linerboard originating from the U.S., Thailand, ROK and Taiwan region shall be terminated as of January 9, 2006.
