Pursuant to the Article 22 of “Provisional Regulation on the Investigation for Foreign Trade Barrier ”, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China released its Public Notice No. 65 on October 21st to suspend the Trade Barrier Investigation on the Japan’s laver import.
At the request ofJiangsu Provincial Laver Association, MOFCOM published its Notice No.16 to start trade barrier investigation on the “Janpan Laver Import Measures” On April 22nd
During the investigation, MOFCOM and Japan’s authorities held three negotiations. Japan side promised to adopt effective measure to resolve the problems both sides concerned. Both sides will continue to negotiate relate technological problem.
