In accordance with relative regulations on Foreign Trade Law of PRC and Commodity Import and Export Administrative Enactment of PRC, 2006 Qualification Standards and Application Procedure for Rare Earth Exporting Enterprises is now promulgated so as to further enhance exporting management and regula te export operation order on Rare Earth. Foreign invested enterprises are not included.
