In accordance with Anti-dumping Measures of the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Commerce issued announcement on Apr 8, 2005, deciding to carry out final review investigation on anti-dumping of cold - rolled stainless steel sheets originating from Japan and the Republic of Korea. For the pur
poses of ensuring equity, justness and publicity of the review procedures, Ministry of Commerce decides to hold industry injury investigation hearing of final review on cold - rolled stainless steel sheets anti-dumping in accordance with Article 21 of Anti-dumping Measures of the People’s Republic
of China and Regulations on Industry Injury Investigation Hearing, and with consideration about applications of a part of interested parties. Related matters are now announced as follows:
1. All interested parties applying to attend hearing should fill out Registration Form for Applying to Attend hearing of Industry Injury Investigation Hearing of Final Review on Cold - rolled Stainless Steel Sheets Anti-dumping (please refer to appendix), and submit to Ministry of Commerce Bureau of
Industry Injury Investigation within 15 days since the releasing of this announcement. Each unit can only assign no more than 2 people. In case interested parties fail to submit application within prescribed time, Ministry of Commerce may decline their requirements for hearing and refuse to accept
their related materials.
2. Interested parties applying to speak on hearing should submit written summaries and formal documents of related materials in 10 copies together with above registration form. Chinese is the only language that can be used on hearing.
3. Ministry of Commerce will decide people to attend the hearing and speak on the hearing in accordance with signing up situation.
4. Other related matters such as specific time and place will be announced separately later.
5. This announcement will be released on www.mofcom.gov.cn and www.cacs.gov.cn simultaneously. Please logon to download Registration Form for Applying to Attend Hearing of Industry Injury Investigation Hearing of Final Review on Cold - rolled Stainless Steel Sheets Anti-dumping.
6. List of interested parties allowed to attend the hearing will be published on above websites.
