At the end of 2004, Ministry of commerce published Technical Specifications of Managing Retail Enterprises of Refined oil product (Ministry of Commerce No. 90), playing a positive role in promoting the standardization of retail enterprises’ operation of refined oil products. For the purposes of per
forming the promise of our country to join WTO, promoting steadily the freedom for wholesale operation of refined oil products, assuring the scientificity, standardization and practicality, together with related organizations, we have drawn up Technical Specifications of Managing Wholesale enterpris
es of refined oil products (Draft of Soliciting Opinions) and Technical Specifications of Managing Storehouse Enterprises of Refined oil product (Draft of Soliciting Opinions). The drafts of soliciting opinions on specifications are hereby published to the society for seeking for the public’s opini
ons, please put forward suggestions or opinions on the provisions of the Specifications. The requirements are as follows:
1. May revise writing expressions and structure of t he opinion soliciting draft.
2. Language is concise and standard. Please give clear indication of the name and content of the standard when the standard of other country is quoted.
3. If any modifications are made on the original draft, please give clear indication of the position where the modifications are made on the Modification Form (See it in Appendix 3).
4. Please post the revised draft to Commercial Reformation Department of Ministry of Commerce before July 10, 2005 (The modifications take writing draft as the standard.)
