Ministry of Commerce Announcement No.25, 2005 on Prolonging Anti-dumping Investigation on Bisphenol-A

Thursday,May 12,2005 Posted: 15:57 BJT(0757 GMT) Ministry of Commerce released announcement on May 12, 2004, deciding to carry out anti-dumping investigation on Bisphenol-A (“investigated commodity” for short in the following) originating from Japan, Russia, Singapore, Republic of Korea and Taiwan District with a tariff code of 40024910 in Impor t and Export Tariff of the People’s Republic of China, however Bisphenol-A salt under the same tariff code is excluded.
In accordance with item No. 26 of Anti-dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Commerce decides to prolong the anti-dumping investigation for another 6 months for the complexity of this case, which means the anti-dumping investigation will not be terminated until Nov 12, 2005.
