Transparent conductive glass is a special hi-tech glass. With special processing, on the surface of the glass there are silicon dioxide film and indium-tin oxide film. The specification of the glass: square resistance is equals or less than 100 ?; transparency is 84% (at glass thickness 1.1 mm and film thickness 30 nm). Using ITO film transparent conductive glass, it can produce plate displays, such as LCD display, electroluminescent panel, plasma display and vacuum fluorescent display, which are broadly used in notebook computer, visual telephone, wall-suspended color television set and portable medical equipment and solar-energy battery. These displays have characteristics of thin, fine picture, low voltage and low power consumption. With development of display technology, the products have a huge market at home and abroad. It is intended to introduce funds and technology to produce ITO film transparent conductive glass of 500000 square meters per year.
