USES:
Deoxyribonuclease widely exists inside the living creatures. It has played an
important role in the metabolism of DNA. This enzyme cleavages the diester bond
formed between 3’-hydroxyl group and phosphate group on ribose of DNA molecule
and degrades DNA into 5’-deoxyribonucleotide.
