The scientific program will cover all important aspects of crystallography from materials science to protein structure.On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I warmly invite you to attend the 19th Nordic Structural Chemistry Meeting, NSM 19. The meeting will be held January 8-11th 2007 at Spåtind Høyfjellshotell located about 2 hours by bus from Gardermoen international airport. The scientific program will cover all important aspects of crystallography from materials science to protein structures. We in particular invite young scientists to attend and present their work in front of a small, interested and friendly audience.
The conference venue offers excellent opportunities for cross-country skiing in the mountains with 120 km of prepared tracks.The hotel operates a middle-sized slope with one lift for downhill skiing. Skiing equipment can be rented. The hotel has a relax section with two saunas and a swimming pool. Prices will be NOK 845,- per day in a single room and NOK 745,- in a double room, including all meals. The conference fee is not set, but will be kept at a minimum.
