5. Registration and call for paper
Those who wish to attend the conference should fill out the Registration Form on the http://www.ccs.ac.cn/. Please visit Congress Web Site for the details: http://www.ccs.ac.cn/2006nh.htm.
6. Venue and Accommodations:
The congress will be held at Jilin University, Changchun, Jilin province on 11-15, July 2006.
7. Registration fees:
Registration fee is RMB 850（earlier),
8. The format of the paper
1. One page A4 size Abstract of the papers and the complete papers should be submitted online and by e-mail both.
2. Title (Arial, Black, 16p, middle), authors (Times New Roman, Black, 14p, middle), institution, contact address and e-mail (Times New Roman, 10.5p, middle)
3. Abstract should be formatted using “Times New Roman” font throughout,
4. Paper size of the abstract should be 21x 29.5cm (A4) with the margin of 3cm on the top and Bottom, 2.5cm on the right and left, single-spaced paragraphs.

6. The deadline of submit is 30 April 2006.
