2007（3rd） China International Exhibition on Water-Treatment Chemicals will be held in Shanghai Mart during Oct. 22-23，2007. As the only professional exhibition on water treatment chemicals in China, 2007（3rd）China International Exhibition on Water-Treatment Chemicals has the features of being highly professional and authoritative and well known both at home and abroad. The past exhibition has seen the presence of over 100 exhibitors from China, Europe, USA, Australia, Japan, and Korea etc., including the famous companies from home and abroad: Ciba, Ashland, Mitsui Chemicals, Kemiar, Dia-Nitrix, Kolon, Phoslock, Beijing Hengju, Beijing Tianqing, Wujin Fine Chemical etc. Thus it has attracted about 3018 professional visitors from 26 countries in more than 20 areas of oilfield, petrochemicals, papermaking, metallurgy, electricity, textile industry, laundrying, coal mine etc. According to our investigation, most of the exhibitors and visitors have been satisfied with the quality and tout ensemble of the 2006 exhibition, with 80% of the exhibitors declaring that they would continue to participate in the coming exhibition in 2007 and 20% to express their tendency to come again.
It is estimated that, in the coming 5 years, investment in water infrastructure would total 1000 billion RMB ($125 billion US), including waste water treatment investment of 300 billion RMB, and municipal pipeline networks and facility reconstruction of 100 billion RMB. Special trade preferences, huge room in market, and wide developing prospect have offered endless business opportunities for companies of water treatment chemicals from both at home and abroad. 2007（3rd）China International Exhibition on Water-Treatment Chemicals will become an absolutely efficient platform for propagandizing company images, strengthening the exchange of technology and promoting the commercial cooperation.
