Retrospect of the previous exhibition
The previous exhibition was successfully held in New International Convention & Exposition Center, Chengdu, from September 3-5, 2008. It had attracted 122 manufacturers of petroleum and chemical technology and equipments from America, Germany, Britain, Japan, Swiss, Austria, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, with the most advanced products and equipments at that time. The exhibitors are the well-known enterprises both in China and abroad, including US Honeywell, Raytek, De Dietrich chemistry, Austrian Anton Paar, Tianyi Science And Technology, Tianli-tech, FAREX, US IDEX, Warom, Converteam, Compare, NETZSCH, MSA, Xi’an SER, Aigin, Baoya, Jixiang Petrochemical, Zhaojin Motian, Dalian Teikoku canned motor pump, Haishi pump, Chuanrui, Sulzer pumps, Jianhua, Electropure, etc. The exhibition was the largest and most influential brand exhibition of the petrochemical and natural gas industry in the Southwest region, with an exhibition area of near 6,000㎡, and now has become one of the professional exhibitions supported and fostered by the governmental department.
7 high level technology symposiums and seminars were hold during the exhibition. Mr. ZHANG Junkai, former director of the purchase department of Chengda Company made a report of “The requirements of engineering company and employer towards the chemical technology equipments”; Mr. ZHOU Wanjun, manager of Aigin Group Corporation delivered a speech with the title of “Technology symposium of equipment sealing and floating preload”; Mr. ZUO Guangfeng, chief engineer of Dalian Sulzer Company made a report named “Products promotion and technology symposium of Sulzer pumps in China”; The speech made by Mr. LI Shiyan, manager of NETZSCH (Lanzhou) Company was “The application of NEMO® pump in petrochemical industry”; Mr. ZHANG Qian, manager of Honeywell (China) delivered a speech of “The solution and application of Honeywell in the coal and chemistry industry”; The report made by Mr. ZENG Zhi, director of Xi’an Jiaoda SER Turbo-machinery Equipment XO., Ltd, was “The application of SER uniaxial/multiaxial compressor in the fields of air separation and chemistry”; and Mr. LUO Qinghong, technology director of Sichuan Chemical Industry Holding(Group) Co., Ltd, delivered a speech of “Creating a larger platform for the progress of chemical technology through energy saving”, which were highly appraised by the attendants and visitors.

Simultaneous Activities and Exhibition Services
1. The “Engineering Equipment Supplier Symposium & Report Meeting Concerning the Requirements of Technical Equipments” will be held during the exhibition;
2. To hold some activities like seminars on chemical and petrochemical technology, trade negotiations and information conferences, at which famous experts or chemical design engineers will be invited to give lectures; and to attract more specialty users to be present at our activities and exhibition by improving the level of this exhibition.
3. Admission tickets (or invitation cards) will be provided for the exhibitors free of charge for them to invite their customers to visit the exhibition;
4. Such services as on-site expert consultation, rent of exhibition appliances, power supply, regular cleaning and 24-hour guard will be provided;
5. A company profile or product introduction of not more than 300 words, which will be published in the exhibition magazine, will be offered to the exhibitors free of charge.
6. To gather information on market demands in chemical industrial and petrochemical fields, send this information back to exhibitors promptly, and offer assistance to exhibitors in promoting products.
7. To offer some services like exhibition booth design, making and construction, as well as assistance in contacting exhibition planning companies, reserving rooms in hotels, contacting travel agencies and booking tickets
Application & Requirements:
1. Fill out the contract form as required and fax it to the organization committee, which will fax back the booth confirmation form for validation. The applicant shall pay 50% of the participation fee as advance payment or pay the total participation fee within one week after application; otherwise the organizing committee will not guarantee the affirmed booth. The rest fee shall be cleared before May 1st, 2009. Organizations applying for participation after May 1st shall pay the participation fee in full within one week after application.
2. Prime location will be arranged for exhibitors whose exhibition scopes cover more than six standard booths (or 54 square meters of empty floor).
3. The organizations intending to participate in this exhibition are required to file their applications as soon as possible and provide information about their companies and products. The organizing committee will publish Exhibition Briefings via electronic network and deliver them to the professional users and purchasers in the regions, which will benefit those who file their applications early.
4. After remitting the participation fees, the exhibitors shall fax their remittance bills to the organizing committee for verification. After their participation fees are paid in full, invoices shall be issued to the exhibitors through post or during the exhibition.
5. The arrangement of such matters as check-in, exhibition design, exhibit transportation and accommodation will be found in the Exhibition Service Guide and other documents, which will be delivered to the exhibitors before May 10, 2008.
